The keyword is flexibility. Our WMS operates on a Unix platform which allows us to accommodate a wide variety of terminals, personal computers, printers and other peripheral equipment to best serve our customer's needs.

We have a staff of in house programmers and technicians, seven in all, who handle all of our day to day system needs. They are augmented by a group of outside programmers and technicians that we have worked with for several years and really know our system, providing us with additional programming and technical resources when needed. Together, we have the flexibility and availability of technical resources to satisfy the information system demands of our customers.

For those customers that want to utilize their own systems, hardware and specialized processes we provide the space and on-site technical support to maintain them.

We have employed radio frequency (R/F) handheld terminals in our warehouse operations for over ten (10) years. Our Intermec R/F terminals are used to aid in merchandise receiving, stock location and order picking. By utilizing R/F terminals we are able to provide a highly productive work force and continue to keep costs down year after year.
